Shipping, Exchanges and Returns

Store Policies


Most orders are processed within 2-5 business days ** (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email,

 You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

**Times can vary in high volume  seasons such as holiday, sales and special events or due to environmental factors beyond our control such as pandemic-related regulations, weather events and state of emergency events.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

 Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping worldwide, should you have trouble with your purchase please email our store management team directly at and they can assist in processing your order

 Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Missing Piece Collective is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7-10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


Lost or Stolen Packages

In the event of an assumed lost or stolen package, please email us at Please include your order number and shipping address – our policy is to always submit claims with our carrier for an investigation prior to possible replacement or reshipment in many cases the packages may have been mis-scanned or mis-delivered. In the event once the investigation is complete and the package is unfound, we will offer a replacement of the item or a store credit to be used towards a future purchase. We do not offer refunds on lost or stolen packages.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Unfortunately at this time we can not accommodate returns or exchanges outside of this 30-day window.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
